14th Istanbul Pre-Moot

14th Istanbul Pre-Moot, organized by Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in cooperation with Paksoy will take place between 13 - 15 March 2026 at the SantralIstanbul Campus and Paksoy Headquarters!

Organized annually, the Istanbul Pre-Moot continues its long-standing tradition of preparing students for participation in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot by providing an intensive and practice-oriented pre-competition experience.

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot aims to train future lawyers with a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution methods. Through the Vis Moot, students engage with a hypothetical international commercial dispute and develop their understanding of international commercial arbitration.

Teams representing law faculties from different countries around the world gain first-hand experience in advocacy within an arbitral setting, applying their legal knowledge and oral advocacy skills to a concrete case while simulating the work of counsel in international commercial arbitration.
