  • BILGI Law Faculty is going to offer a certificate program in English on International Sales Law which will be taught by Prof. Dr. Ulrich G. Schroeter from University of Mannheim and Prof. Dr. Yeşim M. Atamer from Istanbul Bilgi University. The aim of the 24 hours Program is to inform the participants on the sales law provisions of the CISG and to compare these with Turkish sales law.   • BILGI Law Faculty is going to offer a certificate program in English on International Sales Law which will be taught by Dr. Pascal Hachem from Bär & Karrer Law Firm, Zürich and Prof. Dr. Yeşim M. Atamer from Istanbul Bilgi University. The aim of the 24 hours Program was to inform the participants on the sales law provisions of the CISG and to compare these with Turkish sales law.   • BILGI Law Faculty has organized a certificate program on International Commercial Contract Law and Arbitration between 19-28 April 2012.
